Special Terms and Conditions – Open Onboarding Survey.

1. General Provisions

1. invesTRe S.A. (hereinafter the “The Company InvesTRe”) is authorised as a Luxembourg investment firm and subject to the supervision of the Luxembourg financial sector supervisory authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF"), located at 283, route d'Arlon, L-1150 Luxembourg.  

invesTRe S.A. is registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies' register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés Luxembourg) under the number B249656 and its registered office is located at 209, rue des Romains, L-8041 Bertrange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

2. InvesTRe and the Customer (Defined as anyone who has downlaoded the Moniflo application and met the terms as set out in clause 4.) enter into these Special Terns and Conditions as part of the “Feedback Survey First 30” (hereinafter the “Campaign”).

3. These Special Terms and Conditions are in English. By entering into the business relationship with invesTRe, the Customer represents that it fully understands this language.

2. The Campaign

1. The Moniflo (InvesTre S.A.) Onboarding Testing Program invites selected participants to complete the Moniflo onboarding process and provide structured feedback. Participants must complete the onboarding journey, submit a questionnaire detailing their experience, and may provide supplementary screenshots or screen recordings of any issues encountered. A €25 Amazon voucher will be issued to those who meet all participation requirements. All personal data collected during the program will be permanently deleted upon completion unless the participant requests otherwise.
   
   Key Details

• Registration Period: Participation is by invitation only. After the registration phase, eligible participants will receive a confirmation email (the "Welcome Email") granting access to the program.

• Campaign Period: Participants have three (3) business days from the date of the Welcome Email to complete both the onboarding process and the feedback questionnaire.

• Eligibility for Reward: To qualify for the €25 Amazon voucher, participants must:

• Complete the full onboarding process within the defined period.

• Submit the required questionnaire in full within the same timeframe.

• Not have an existing Moniflo account or have previously started the account creation process.

• Reward Delivery: Rewards (€25 Digital Amazon Gift Voucher) will be sent within 2 - 5 business days after successful completion to the email address used to create the Moniflo account.

• Data Privacy: All personal data collected during the program will be permanently deleted upon program completion, unless otherwise requested by the participant.

• Moniflo (InvesTre S.A.) reserves the right to limit the number of participants or increase. The campaign is set to reward the first 30 participants who pass the criteria to be a part of the campaign and complete the steps described, however this can be extended at Moniflo’s desecration.  

3. The Campaign Period

1. The Campaign is valid from the 28th of April 2025 until the 5th of May 2025. Monifo (InvsTre S.A.). reserves the right to end the campaign when they see fit.  

4. Eligibility Criteria
   

1. To be eligible for the Campaign and benefit from the reward, the Customer must comply with the following:

• Be residents of the EU/EEA.

• Not have previously completed KYC (Know Your Customer) or the Identity verification step within Moniflo’s onboarding.

• Download the Moniflo app during the campaign period (available on the App Store & Play Store).

• Have a stable WiFi connection.

• Provide a valid form of ID (National ID card or passport).

• Provide proof of address (certificate of residence or a recent utility bill, no older than three months).

• Provide a tax identification number (typically a national identification number).

• Attempt to complete onboarding in one session – from install, account creation, identity verification.

• Submit a detailed questionnaire within the specified timeframe.
  

2. In the event of technical issues during the entry into business relationship or the transfer IN cash, invesTRe reserves the right to decide on the Customer’s eligibility to the Campaign at its own discretion.

5. Termination

1. These Special Terms and Conditions shall terminate at the end of the Campaign Period.

2. InvesTRe reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

3. This Termination shall not imply the termination of the business relationship between invesTRe and the Customer.

6. General Terms

1. The Campaign does not affect any other fees associated with the business relationship between the Customer and invesTRe.

2. The Customer is still bound to all provisions of invesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading. These Special Terms and Conditions shall not supersede or modify any of these. The Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood invesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading and Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

1. These Special Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.

2. The courts of Luxembourg-City shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise from or in connection with these Special Terms and Conditions and the business relationship between invesTRe and the Customer.
